About This Policy
All purchases of virtual game servers, in-game items, hosting plans, add-ons or any other digital products or services (“Products”) through dustbowl.games by DustBowl.Games LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) are final. By completing an order you agree to waive any right to cancel, return or receive a refund or credit—except where local law requires otherwise.
No Refunds • No Exchanges
• Every sale of a Product is FINAL.
• Products are delivered instantly (server provisioning starts or items appear in your account). Digital goods cannot be “returned.”
• We do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind, buyer’s remorse, user inexperience, compatibility issues or dissatisfaction with performance.
Order Cancellations
• Cancellation Window: If your Product has not yet been provisioned (game server not created, items not generated), you may request cancellation within 1 hour of purchase.
• How to Cancel: Email support@dustbowl.games with your order details.
• Discretion: We may grant or deny cancellations at our sole discretion. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
• Once provisioning or delivery begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Chargebacks & Disputes
• Unauthorized Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may lead to account suspension or termination, blocked future purchases and possible legal action.
• Billing Issues: If you suspect an unauthorized or incorrect charge, email us at support@dustbowl.games before contacting your bank or card issuer. We’ll work to resolve valid disputes promptly.
Mandatory Legal Exceptions
Some jurisdictions grant consumers statutory rights (e.g., a “cooling-off” period) that cannot be waived. Where applicable, we’ll comply with mandatory refund or cancellation requirements. To invoke such rights, notify us in writing at support@dustbowl.games within the timeframe set by your local law.
