In-game "Declare War" mechanic — timing note

If you also plan to use ARK's built-in tribe war system: the in-game declaration has a 6-minute countdown before both tribes can confirm, and the war itself starts 20 real-world minutes after both sides accept. Schedule your war start time at least 30 minutes out to account for this delay. This tool generates the community agreement — it is separate from (and not required for) the in-game mechanic.
