# This Server — Server Rules

**1. No Cheats / Hacks**
Using cheats, hacks, or unauthorized software is **strictly prohibited** and results in a permanent ban. By playing here you acknowledge this server uses VAC and may use additional anti-cheat measures.

**2. No Ghosting**
Players in spectator mode **must not** communicate game-state information (player positions, strategy, remaining players) to living players. This includes voice chat, text chat, and third-party apps.

**3. Knife Round Rules**
Both teams must **actively fight** during the knife round. Standing still, delaying, or deliberately losing is prohibited. The winning team chooses starting side.

**4. Admin Conduct**
Admins are held to a **higher standard of conduct**. All admin actions are logged. Abuse of admin commands (kicks, bans, map changes) without valid cause is grounds for demotion.

**5. Ban Appeal Process**
Banned players may submit an appeal at: **[your Discord / appeal URL]**. Include your SteamID64, the admin who actioned you, and a brief explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 48 hours.
