CS2 Server Whitelist Builder

Generate a whitelist.txt and config.json skeleton for CounterStrikeSharp whitelist plugins. Add SteamID64s one by one or paste a bulk list, toggle whitelist vs blacklist mode, and copy or download the ready-to-use file.

Place this file in the plugin directory alongside the DLL. Fill in any blank fields before restarting the server.
