Empyrion adminconfig.yaml Builder
Generate the adminconfig.yaml for your Empyrion server. Permission levels are counterintuitive — lower numbers mean more power. Use the initadmin console command first to bootstrap your first admin.
initadmin <SteamID64> in the server console to grant yourself admin before editing adminconfig.yaml.
Permission Level Reference
| Level | Role | What they can do |
|---|---|---|
| 3 | GameMaster | Spawn entities, control weather and time of day, access debug commands |
| 6 | Moderator | Kick, ban, teleport, give items, set player roles |
| 9 | Admin / Owner | Full server control — save, stop, wipe, all admin commands |
Lower number = more powerful. Admin (9) can do everything Moderator (6) and GameMaster (3) can do, plus server ops like save/exit and wipe.

Paste one Steam64 ID per line. These players can join even when the server is full.
