GMod ULX Group Permission Builder

Create ULX admin groups, set inheritance chains, and assign allow/deny for every ULX command. The generated groups.txt file goes in garrysmod/data/ulib/groups.txt on your server.

How to apply: Save the output as garrysmod/data/ulib/groups.txt on your server, then restart the server or run ulx reloadgroups in the console (if supported). Users are assigned to groups via ulx adduser "PlayerName" groupname.
