How it works
server.properties is read by the Minecraft Bedrock Dedicated Server (BDS) on startup. Place it in the same directory as bedrock_server (or bedrock_server.exe on Windows).
All boolean values use lowercase true / false. Values are never quoted. Each line follows the format key=value. Lines starting with # are comments.
Changes only take effect when the server (re)starts. Reference: Bedrock Wiki — server.properties.
