Workforce Tips
- • Handiwork first: All manual crafting requires Handiwork. Always assign at least 1 Pal — Cattiva and Lifmunk are excellent early options.
- • Transporting: Critical in large bases — without Transporting Pals, resources sit idle and don't feed production.
- • 4-star condensed workers: A 4-star condensed Pal gets +1 to all Work Suitability levels — one Pal can cover more roles.
- • Worker cap warning: Dedicated servers cap effective workers at 15. Extra Pals in your Palbox don't help.
- • Anubis: Best all-around base Pal — high Handiwork (Level 4), Mining (Level 3), and Transporting. One of the highest work suitability totals in the game.
