Knox Virus vs Bacterial Infection

Knox Virus (Zombie Infection)

• Determined at moment of injury
• No cure, no treatment
• Death in 48-72 in-game hours
• Shown as "queasy" → zombie morph
• Disinfecting does NOT prevent it

Bacterial Infection (Regular Wound)

• Caused by untreated dirty wounds
• Treatable with antibiotics
• Cleaning wounds prevents it
• Shown as "sick" moodle
• Not immediately fatal if treated

The "queasy" moodle after a zombie wound can mean Knox Virus OR just stress/food poisoning. There is no in-game confirmation until symptoms progress.
