Fatigue Management Tips
- • The Tired moodle appears at approximately 60% fatigue — plan your next sleep before this.
- • Sitting and resting reduces fatigue gain rate by ~33%.
- • Reading books or watching TV while resting restores morale and slows fatigue.
- • Coffee and energy drinks temporarily suppress the Tired moodle but don't restore actual fatigue.
- • Sleeping in a bed gives full rest; sleeping on the floor gives reduced rest quality.
