Satisfactory Server Performance Tuner
Generate an optimized Engine.ini for your Satisfactory dedicated server. Fill in your factory size and player count and copy the ready-to-use config below.
Always edit Engine.ini while the server is shut down — a graceful shutdown overwrites the file.

Recommended Autosave Console Command
Run this in the Server Manager console after starting the server:
FG.AutosaveInterval 600
Interval in seconds. Default is 300s. Larger saves benefit from longer intervals to reduce lag spikes.
Key Settings Explained
NetServerMaxTickRate
Always 30 — do NOT raise above 30. Higher values do not improve Satisfactory and cause instability.InitialConnectTimeout
Time before rejecting a new connection attempt. Increase for large saves that take longer to load.MaxClientRate
Bandwidth cap per client (bytes/sec). 104857600 = 100 MB/s — effectively uncapped for most connections.mNumRotatingAutosaves
How many rolling autosave slots to keep. More slots = more disk space but better recovery options.Run your own Satisfactory server.
Rent a private Satisfactory server on real hardware — full control-panel access, your mods, your configs, your rules. It's your server; run it your way.
Don't want to run it yourself? Our managed services & consulting team will set it up and keep it running for you — game servers, Windows, Linux, and cloud, from 10+ years of MSP work.
