SCP:SL Permission Builder

Build your permissions.yml visually. Create admin groups, configure badges and kick power, and assign all 21 Remote Admin permission flags. Save the output to ~/.config/SCP Secret Laboratory/config/<port>/permissions.yml (Linux) or %AppData%\SCP Secret Laboratory\config\<port>\permissions.yml (Windows).
