## Cuffed Players
Disarmed players must NOT be killed unless they resist, flee, or pose an active threat. Escort them to the appropriate exit.
Note: Cuffed escapees switch factions but do not contribute to either team's escape win count.

## SCP Conduct
- SCPs must actively engage humans. Deliberate stalling to delay round end or intentional suicide is prohibited.
- SCP-079 may not spam speakers with disruptive, ear-rape, or offensive audio.

## Community Standards
- Ghosting: Spectators may not relay live player positions or intel to active participants.
- Metagaming: Using external voice chat or Discord to coordinate across faction lines is prohibited.
- Hate speech, slurs, and harassment are permanently bannable offenses.
