SOTF Admin Command Reference
Complete reference for Sons of the Forest admin and cheat commands. Unlock the console first, then use F1 or the chat-based commands below to manage your server.
How to Unlock Admin Commands

Open the in-game chat and type exactly:
cheatstickCase-sensitive, no spaces, then press Enter.

Press F1 to open the debug/admin panel.

You can now use all commands below.
Requires a US keyboard layout — some keys may not register correctly on non-US layouts.
Player Commands
godmode
Toggle player invincibility. No damage taken from enemies, falls, or environment.
invisible
Toggle enemy visibility. Enemies will not detect or attack you.
superjump on / superjump off
Enable or disable greatly enhanced jump height.
speedyrun on / speedyrun off
Enable or disable greatly increased movement speed.
setstrengthlevel [n]
Set player strength level to value n. Affects melee damage and carry weight.
setstat [type] [value]
Set a specific player stat. Types include health, stamina, fullness, hydration, rest.
World & Time Commands
season [spring|summer|autumn|winter]
Instantly change the current season. Example: season winter
timescale [n]
Set game time speed multiplier. 0 = pause time, 1 = normal, 10 = 10× speed. Does not pause enemies.
goto [location]
Teleport to a named location or coordinates. Use the F1 panel map to find location names.
killradius [n]
Kill all enemies within n meters of your position. Useful for emergency cleanup.
Spawn Commands
addcharacter [name]
Spawn an NPC by internal character name. Example: addcharacter kelvin
addallitems
Add every item in the game to your inventory. Useful for testing or creative sessions.
spawnitem [name]
Spawn a specific item by its internal name. Search item names in the F1 panel item list.
Building Commands
loghack on / loghack off
Allow log placement in otherwise restricted positions. Useful for creative building.
clearbushradius [n]
Remove all foliage and bushes within n meters. Helps with base clearing.
F1 Admin Panel — Player Management
After unlocking with cheatstick, press F1 to access the admin panel with these player management options:
Kick Player
Immediately removes a player from the server. They can reconnect.
Ban Player
Permanently blocks a player from the server by SteamID.
Teleport to Player
Instantly moves your character to the selected player's position.
Promote / Demote Admin
Grant or revoke admin status for connected players.
