Squad Seeding Config Builder

Configure Squad's seeding phase across three config files. Set player thresholds, pick your seeding layers, and copy each file separately.

CustomOptions.cfg — Seeding Thresholds

SeedPlayersThreshold

Player count that triggers the Pre-Live countdown.

SeedMinimumPlayersToLive

Must be greater than 0 and less than SeedPlayersThreshold.

Seeding Match Duration (hours)

SeedMatchLengthSeconds = 21600 seconds

VoteConfig.cfg — Low Player Threshold

LowPlayerCountThreshold

Below this count, Squad uses LayerVotingLowPlayers.cfg as the vote pool.

Select layers appropriate for low-pop/seeding. Seed_ and Skirmish_ variants are recommended.
