Once two Dune Marshalls lock a Consumer Trust rating, its score is frozen forever — we never quietly re-score or edit a published verdict. But facts can change, and sometimes we get one wrong. When that happens we file a dated, append-only correction. This page is the complete public record of every correction or update we've ever issued, for full transparency.
