ATLAS Creature Taming Reference
All tameable creatures organized by tier with preferred food and taming method. Tier 1 animals tame passively — just approach and feed. Tier 2 and 3 require a Bola to immobilize the creature first.

Approach and feed directly — no Bola needed.

10 creaturesImmobilize with a Bola, then feed. More difficult than Tier 2.
5 creaturesTaming Tips
For passive tames (Tier 1), crouch and approach slowly from the side. Moving too fast startles the animal.
For Bola tames (Tier 2 & 3), craft several Bolas before attempting — the creature breaks free after a short time and the process repeats.
Prime meats spoil quickly — have them ready and tame immediately after the Bola lands to avoid waste.
