Palworld Admin Password & Commands
Set an admin password for your Palworld server, authenticate in-game with /AdminPassword, and use admin commands to broadcast messages, teleport, kick and ban players, and manage server shutdowns.
Step 1: Set an Admin Password
In your AMP or WISP panel, open your Palworld server's configuration:
- Go to Settings (or the Configuration tab) and search for "Admin"
- Enter a strong admin password — mix letters and numbers, avoid spaces
- Save and reboot the server
Step 2: Authenticate In-Game
Once the server is back up and you've joined:
- Open the in-game chat box
- Run this command — replacing the placeholder with your actual password:
/AdminPassword YourPasswordHere
You'll see a confirmation message in chat. Admin access is session-scoped, so you'll need to run this once each time you join.

Finding a Player's Steam ID
Use /ShowPlayers after authenticating — this lists all connected players and their Steam IDs. You need the Steam ID for kick, ban, and teleport commands.
Players can also find their own Steam ID at steamid.io or using our SteamID Converter tool.
Using RCON Instead of In-Game Chat
Admin commands can also be sent remotely via RCON without joining the server. See Palworld Server RCON for setup instructions.
